奇力牌磁力开关是本公司一项高技术专利产品，是采用磁耦合技术的一种新式开关装置。该产品的原理设计及结构设计属于领先水平，比通常机械式有芯结构的锁具具有更高抗腐蚀性能及安全防护功能，可广泛地应用于水、电、气、热力、污水排放、通讯、人防及现代化城市综合管廊等市政设施中。“奇力”牌磁力开关特征、性能、功能：
特征：
  ◆ 无机械式锁芯结构：不会锈死、腐蚀。
  ◆ 安装方式为暗装设计，隐蔽在井盖之下。
  ◆ 开启机构设计为通孔设计不存水、耐腐蚀、不易机械破坏。
  ◆ 钥匙与闭锁机构采用磁耦合设计，无法仿制。
  ◆ 壳体、锁舌与转动部件分别采用非金属高强增韧工程塑料和不锈钢材料，不易锈蚀粘连。
  ◆ 在意外情况下，非破坏性开启结构设计，可以解决打不开井盖极端情况下，应急检修问题。
   性能：
  ◆ 在恶劣自然环境中长期使用可靠性高，不会腐蚀、粘连。
  ◆ 锁闭情况下,150Kg力无法打开，防盗性能好。
  ◆ 通用性与单一性设计，可以达到单一类型的锁闭，又可以使之具有通用性； 即：一把磁旋转体  钥匙，可以打开同一类型所有井盖的锁具，而无法打开其他类型井盖的锁具。
例如：为自来水检修井盖设计的钥匙；可以打开所有自来水检修井盖，而无法打开其他如热力管道井盖、电力电缆井盖、通讯井盖。这样既方便了检修，又不失去防盗性能。
功能：
  ◆ 可应用于恶劣气候条件下（室外露天环境下）公共设施管道、管线、管廊、检修井、井盖的锁闭。如：自来水管线、热力管线、电力电缆管线、通讯管线、排污管线等。
  ◆ 阴暗潮湿的地下人防工事通道门锁闭，既可以保证安全，又可以防止生锈。

Features:

u       No mechanical core-structure: no rustiness or erosion.

u       Hidden installation device, under the lid.

u       A vent on the opening device to prevent water accumulation, erosion and mechanical damage.

u       Coupling designs on the key and the locking device to prevent copying.

u       Non-metal strong engineering plastics and stainless steel to prevent erosion or conglutination.

u       Under emergent circumstances, the non-damaging opening device allows emergent overhaul without opening the lid.

Performance:

u       Highly reliable even under extreme environment, no erosion or conglutination.

u       Powerful locking system which can resist up to 150Kg lift.

u       Versatility and individuality which provides individual locking as well as versatile utility: one magnetic key can open all locks of the same type but cannot open locks of other types.

e.g.: a key designed for water supply overhaul lid can open all lids for water supply overhaul but cannot open the lids for other use such as heating system, power supply, telecom etc. In this way, convenience for overhauls and a high protection ability is realized at the same time.

Function:

u       The product can be employed in the locking system for a variety of facilities exposed to extreme environment(outdoor environments)including public facilities, pipe works, pipeline, examination wells, etc., e.g. supply pipe works, heating system pipelines, cable networks, telecom networks and drainages etc.
