Format：A full application number can be 8 or 12 bytes long,

"yytnnnnn"  or "yyyytnnnnnnn",   where "yy" or "yyyy" denotes the year, "t" is for the type of application, having the value "1" and "2" indicating the application for invention and the utility model respectively, "nnnnn" or "nnnnnnn" is the serial number.
